Is Immersion Blender worth the investment?

We believe it’s best to add an immersion blender to your kitchen. Mainly if you love making sauces, soups, smoothies and dips. In addition, it’s very easy to use, clean and store compared to the conventional blenders.

Immersion blenders are great for little daily cooking items like pestos, mayo. And even smoothies, slushies and shakes that are traditionally made using bigger blenders. Especially, if you are making these big ones for one or two people.

However, keep away from using hard materials like nuts or seeds or even fibrous ones like carrots that don’t become smooth.

Also, it’s important to pick the right type of blender for you. And below are a few factors to consider.

Cord or Cordless. Depending on if you want continuous power or just portability.

Blade guard vents. These make it easier to use it across your regular pots and pans.

Handle and grip. The design should allow you to use it without any struggling or messy moments. It should feel comfortable and easy for the daily, that’s the whole purpose of this immersion blender.

Additional attachments. Having more attachments increases the convenience even more. You can cut, chop, grind, whisk and do more in one.
