    Who doesn’t love a nice looking cocktail (and hopefully tasting) to kick off any summer party. I got to admit that some these can take time, so wise to do these in small gathering unless you have someone dedicated to making these. Cocktails do require multiple ingredients and lots of ice cubes. So bear that in my when thinking of offering cocktails in a party.

Here’s a little something I whipped together with a few home-bar essentials for your next online cocktail party. If you’d prefer not to venture out for any ginger liqueur, here’s a super easy syrup you can use to get that zesty bite. . Ginger Syrup replacement: 2 inch thumb length piece of ginger – diced Half cup sugar 1 cup water . Bring ginger and water to a simmer. Add sugar and stir until the sugar has disappeared. Let gently simmer uncovered for an additional 30 min. Strain through a sieve and then a coffee filter. Store in fridge for up to about a week. . Drink: Zoom Call 1.5 oz London Dry Gin 0.75 oz St Germain 0.5 oz ginger Liqueur 0.5 oz lemon juice 2 dash Angostura . (Method) Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish: Candied Ginger and Cherry.

    “Jungle-tini” – I’m not the first person to use this cocktail name; but it’s definitely fitting here because it’s Jungle Bird based, with a slight hint of Martini. And that’s the perfect opportunity to use the amazing @agnesarbergin Pineapple Gin 🍍 When I made this at the weekend, I’d already had 4 pretty strong cocktails 😂 When I looked at the photos the next morning, the garnish was nowhere near as good as I’d thought it was at the time haha! But never mind, it’s all good fun 😊 Drink details below: – 45ml Pineapple Gin @agnesarbergin 15ml Lillet Blanc @lillet 15ml Campari @campariuk 45ml Pineapple Juice 15ml Lime Juice 10ml Simple Syrup @monin_europe – Shake all ingredients over ice until well chilled, then double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple 🍍 – #jungletini #agnesarbergin #pineapplegin #lilletblanc #campari #moninsyrup
